Apart from the stunning work of head chef Jordi Cruz, the service at Abac makes it worthy of great recognition and the patronage of the Spanish royal family. Fresh linen napkins dropped in place using tweezers appear on your seat every time you leave the table, incredibly friendly waiting staff work more like personal butlers to ensure your every need is met and the atmosphere, as a result, is beautiful. Two types of suckling pig grace the menu and the veal is some of the best Hg2 has ever sampled. It may sounds like carnivore heaven, but the mouthwatering menu offers up a whole host of other tempting dishes, particularly for the seafood lovers amongst us. Abac is not open as late as most Barcelona establishments, so reservations are essential.
